1 - THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

We must receive payment of the whole of the order price (including delivery if applicable) for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once we have accepted your order we will confirm it via e-mail with the address provided by you at the moment of ordering. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

2 - OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS

All rights, the Website title, name and its contents are the property of Small Stuff UK and we are duly licensed to use it. All rights are reserved. You are permitted to download a single hard copy of website content and print extracts from the website for your own personal and non-commercial use. Unless expressly provided nothing contained herein shall be construed as creating any license or right under Intellectual Property Rights.

Under no circumstances should you use, encourage third parties or authorized any third party to use any trademark (whether registered or unregistered) owned by us without our consent.

3 - ACCURACY OF CONTENT

Whilst we have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this website, in particular, we will endeavour to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, colours, font, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

If the goods you have ordered are not available in the colour, design or size you have requested we will notify you of the colours, designs or sizes that are currently available. Your order will not be accepted without your confirmation and you may then resubmit your order for the goods in the available colour, design or size.

We may make changes to the materials on this website at any time without notice. If the material on this website becomes out of date, we shall endeavour to keep the information contained on the website as-up-to-date as reasonably possible. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep up to date with the information.

While we endeavour to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We give no warranties as to the availability, performance or accessibility of the website. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice at our discretion including without limit in case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

6 - DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER

We try to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

7 - AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (in accordance with the information you have provided us). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

8 - PRE ORDERS

All pre-orders are to be paid in full before shipping.

Due to the nature of pre-orders the date of shipping is always stated with the item on the website and is approximate. The exact date of shipment will be confirmed by email.

9 - CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that all custom orders are to be paid for in full. depending on the time of year, the turnaround for completion of these orders is usually between 2-3 weeks (this may increase at busier times of the year, i.e Christmas) You will be notified by email of your exact order within 24 hours and have reasonable chance to rectify any errors before production.

10 - ORDERING ERRORS

10.1 You can correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process. If you believe you have made an error after this time, please contact hello@smallstuff.co.uk with your order number and query within 12 hours.


There is a 14 day cooling off period for all customers who purchase goods (apart from custom goods) from our website (this excludes any pop-up shop, or fair purchases) Please notify us within 14 days of the agreement date (time of purchase) to organise a return by emailing hello@smallstuff.co.uk.



All returns which have been purchased through customer error are to sent back in, original packaging and sellable condition. The returns are to be paid and insured by the customer and are the responsibility lies with the customer until arrival at Small Stuff UK's address.



10.2 Custom Orders - please note that you must give notice of any errors for custom orders within 12 hours, otherwise the errors may not be noted. Please email hello@smallstuff.co.uk for all custom order errors.


11 - PRICE

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All vatable products are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

The prices payable for goods in this website exclude delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering your goods.

Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which we have already been accepted.

The price is exclusive of any import or export duty.

Wherever it is not possible to accept your order to buy goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will advise you by email, offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.


12 - PAYMENT TERMS

We will charge your credit/debit card for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days (unless a pre-order or custom order). We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your credit/debit card then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

13 - APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS

11.1 These terms (as amended by us from time to time in accordance with clause 11.2 below) shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions and you agree to abide by them.

11.2 We reserve the right to vary these terms at any time. If so, the updated version will be posted on the website and you will be bound by the updated version if you continue to use the website thereafter.

14 - NOTICES

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in email form to hello@smallstuff.co.uk

15 - CHANGES TO LEGAL TERMS

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

16 - LAW, JURISDICTION AND LANGUAGE

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English and Wales law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.

17 - INVALIDTY

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

18 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in the Conditions shall limit or exclude the Supplier's liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors (as applicable);

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987​

b) the Supplier shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss or profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract; and ​

c) the Supplier's total liability to the Customer in respect of all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods.​

19 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

​All disputes and complaints out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall to the extent possible be settled amicably by negotiation between the parties within 30 days from the date of written notice by either party of the existence of dispute and, failing such amicable settlement, shall be finally settled by arbitration in England and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
